3 Reasons To Hire From Outside Your Industry

By William Werksman While at times it may prove comfortable and convenient to hire from within your current industry, often the best candidate for the job comes from outside your comfort zone. How can that be? As a recruiter focused on a highly regulated and competitive industry experiencing significant growth nationwide, here are 3 reasons to hire from outside your industry: 1. Deeper Talent Pools: We function inside a very narrow industry segment yet the companies serve a broad and diverse customer base. The technology used in our industry is not state of the art. Very few companies, from either the manufacturer or the operators side are using technology to its fullest extent. Last year we completed a search assignment for a publicly held manufacturer who sought technology skills not readily available in local talent pools. Local candidates were 5-7 years behind the times in terms of having the skill sets necessary for the clients impending development project . The client was enlightened enough to realize this and commissioned us to find the best and brightest. The client understood that they had to seek deeper waters to fish in. This helped to find the quality candidates they would need to complete this project. What mattered is that the candidates had the technical skills to take the company from point A to B and points beyond their current capabilities. Our ability to search for candidates in deeper talent pools created a selection process that benefited the company tremendously. Instead of having 2-3 qualified candidates to select from, we were able to present 4-7 strong candidates. Ultimately, this presented the client company with a diverse and qualified talent pool. Always, a preferable option. 2. Top tier candidates thrive on challenges: Regardless of their industry, top performers thrive on career challenges. They are inspired when confronted with obstacles or impediments; they embrace opening markets that have been closed to their employers; they seek out opportunities for professional growth. As recruiters, we ask client companies to welcome these top performers from other industries as untapped potential for their industry. We recently completed the placement of a Senior Vice President of Operations. The candidate did not come from inside the traditional circle of competitors. Rather, the selected candidate came from large publicly held media and entertainment company. The candidate had no prior experience or knowledge in our industry. Yet, his profile, track record of accomplishments, and most of all, his attitude towards taking the company and his career to the next level secured him the opportunity. For this candidate, it was the opportunity to create growth and expand the client companys operations that fueled his interest in the new industry. Results for the first quarter under his leadership: Sales increased 19% over previous quarter and operational costs decreased 37%. 3. Fresh Approaches to Old Problems: Cant teach an old dog a new trick? Maybe true, but fresh approaches and new viewpoints may solve old problems that linger inside industries and companies. Seeking out candidates with skill sets and experiences disparately different than what you traditionally recruit from could be the best direction for your company. Companies that seek to embrace fresh perspectives are those that remain on the cutting edge of product development and superior customer service. New opinions and outlooks brought to the table by candidates from outside your industry may lead to breakthroughs on problems once thought insurmountable. Case in point: A major technology provider in our industry segment recently hired a senior level engineering manager from the aerospace industry. This candidate was a specialist in programming languages that were relatively new to the industry segment. Less than 3 weeks after his start, he solved 2 significant programming issues that had vexed an entire department of programmers for the past 4 months. Old problem, fresh approach. Problem solved. As recruiters, we seek specific skills that will make a candidate successful no matter what industry they are in. Just because a candidate has never worked in your industry does not mean they do not have the potential to become a tremendous asset to your company. Look for the best possible candidate you can get. While direct industry experience is welcome, it is not an end all. Understand and appreciate the fact the skill sets are transferable from industry to industry and perhaps a fresh vision will unearth unseen potential. How To Successfully Launch A New Business Activity

By Bob Leduc I often talk with business owners who tell me how excited they are about a new product or service they are offering …or a new business they are launching. Their comments usually include something like, “Everybody needs this. I know I’m going to make a lot of money with it.” They sincerely believe it will be easy to generate hordes of paying customers for their new venture. Unfortunately, it’s not going to happen that way. Building a profitable business is hard work …and most of that work has to be devoted to finding customers. Finding the number of paying customers necessary to meet the financial goals of a business can be a tough challenge. To do it successfully, you need to follow a proven, detailed strategy. By trial and error over many years, I developed the following simple 5 step process that enables me to successfully launch a new product or service almost every time. You can copy this same proven process to successfully launch your own new business activity. Step 1: Identify Your Market Determine who gains the greatest benefit from your product or service. Concentrate on reaching them instead of trying to reach a broadly defined general market. Start by defining your ideal customer or client in writing. List all of the characteristic s you would expect to find in good customers. Be sure to include qualities that make your product or service especially valuable to them. Analyze this list to identify your market …and define it in writing. Step 2: Find Your Most Appealing Customer Benefit Exactly what is the most compelling problem you can solve for prospects in your targeted market? Why is your product or service the best solution to their problem? The answers to these 2 questions reveal the customer benefit(s) you need to stress in your sales approach. Step 3: Develop A Few Motivating Offers Develop 2 or 3 offers that motivate prospects to buy immediately. For example, can you use a special discounted price offer with a deadline? Are there bonuses you can add if prospects order or sign up before the deadline? Can you combine both into a “special price plus bonus” offer? Decide which offer on your list is the most powerful. Use it in your sales material and/or your selling presentation. Tip: A special offer providing obvious value automatically boosts your sales. It’s a proven way to overcome buyer resistance and procrastination. It also provides a logical reason in the buyer’s mind to justify what may actually be an impulsive decision to buy. Step 4: Decide How to Publicize Your Business How will you introduce yourself to the prospects in your market? Will you use classified or display ads in print publications or on the Internet? Will you use direct mail? Is broadcast media such as radio or TV appropriate …and cost-effective? What networking can you participate in locally or on the Internet to draw attention to your business? Are there ways you can get some unpaid publicity? What other methods of promotion can you use? Prioritize each method on your list and develop an action plan with deadlines for implementing them. Step 5: Establish a Plan to Promote Customer Loyalty Decide what you will do to cultivate customers so they continue to do business with you …and give you referrals. For example, write or call your customers or clients immediately after a transaction and thank them for their business. Ask them if they’re pleased with what they received. Most will express their satisfaction. (That’s an ideal time to ask for referrals.) Tip: Don’t be afraid to uncover unhappy customers. When you do, take whatever action you must to make them feel good. Most dissatisfied customers won’t contact you about their problem. They just take their business elsewhere …and tell as many other people as they can about their negative experience - costing you a lot of future business. This 5 step marketing process replaces guesswork with proven procedures that get results. Use it the next time you want to successfully introduce a new product or a new service. You can even use it to successfully launch a new business …or to revive an existing business that is not growing. Let’s Attract the Perfect Life Partner, Shall We?

By Maria Moratto So here you are, feeling lonely, unloved, neglected, unattractive, ugly, and fat. Not that you are any of them, but this is how you feel. Self-pity can bring many unpleasant feelings to the heart. You wish you were attractive. You wish you were witty. You wish you had a partner. You wish you were loved. You wish you loved someone. You wish you could go out with a bona-fide boy/girlfriend or life-partner having a grand time, going everywhere, and feeling truly special and living like this forever. But before going about the steps to getting one you must ask yourself: “Why do I want a partner?” Take a deep breath and let the answers come to your mind. Don’t judge them, whatever they are. Usually the first thing that comes to your mind is your truth. Do you need protection? Do you need companionship? Do you need sex? Do you need someone to share house chores? Do you need friendship? Do you need a shoulder to cry on? Do you need a secretary? Do you need a cook? Do you need a mechanic? Do you need another parent for your children? Do you need security? Do you need money? Depending on your first answers you will realize that you probably do not need a partner. If you think that most of these needs will be met by Prince or Princess Charming, those who have partners will attest to you that that this is not the case. Your expectations will probably not be met and you will be stuck in a relationship that is far from perfect. So, after you determine why you need a life-partner, do the following: Imagine you are in front of a gigantic salad bar. You will see that there are many more things there than you can possibly eat, and many of them you don’t like anyway. Scan the bar: check the dishes out. Which ones would you discard immediately? Which ones you think, well… perhaps later on? Which ones would you say: Yes! This will go into my plate. Fill your plate. Now, go the dessert bar: this one is even better! Now, choose carefully for though you may love certain types of dessert, they may disagree with you and make you sick. Some are just too pretty but lack taste; some will be way too rich and you will regret eating them later on; some will be just right. Don’t forget your tea or coffee. So now you are ready to make your selection for a partner. Just like you dod for your salad and dessert bars: 1. Make a list of the things that you cannot possibly tolerate in another human being, especially one with whom you will be sharing the rest of your life. 2. Make a list of the things that you can put up with but only if absolutely necessary. 3. Make a list of the things that are very agreeable and pleasant to have. 4. Make a list of the things that you absolutely must have. Of course these things may be qualities, values, habits, personality traits, physical characteristics, quirks, abilities, past history, family members, health, wealth, etc. When you are done making your list, write down your affirmation: “I am in the process of meeting my perfect life partner, who is…” and then you write down all things that you truly wish to find in your future partner but leave room for pleasant surprises. Remember to discard the lists that contain the negative stuff; they only served to give you focus on what is important to you. Burn them up. Focus only on what you wish to have. Also, don’t forget to leave aside all your needs. They don’t matter. After all, you are a complete person and need no one to fill any blanks in your life. Ideas On Creating Your Own Wedding Invitation Cards

By Victor Epand You’ve had a great idea already, in having a calligrapher hand-write the invitations. Not only is this a beautiful and elegant way to have a small quantity of invitations produced, it’s relatively cost-effective. You might want to check your local area for calligraphers (the phone book, or wedding informational websites). Call them up, ask for pricing for 25 hand-written invitations, and ask to see samples. Most calligraphers are happy to send you samples of their work, so that you can feel confident when hiring them. You might also ask about papers; the calligraphers may have resources for beautiful papers, or suggest papers that they’ve worked with previously. Be sure to ask about the cost of a response card, if you want the calligrapher to create one of those, as well as the cost of a return address for both the response envelope and the mailing envelope, as well as the guests’ address. As far as creating something “special” on a computer, there are a couple of things I would suggest. First, head to your local craft store, book store and/or art supply store, and look for scrap booking, stamp, or invitation books. There are many of these types of books out there, and they’re full of wonderful ideas and instructions for creating something unique and truly special for your wedding, even with your computer. Craft and art supply shops often have many items that may be used to embellish a simple printed invitation, such as rubber stamps and embossing powder, shaped punches, and colored paper which may be layered to create a beautiful effect. If you’re not particularly crafty and wouldn’t be comfortable creating something yourself, consider approaching a designer. Many designers will create an invitation design in PDF format (an electronic file format that takes only a free program — Acrobat Reader — to open and print) that you may print out on your own, or at a local Kinko’s-type shop. This would be less costly (in most cases — you’ll need to ask for a quote from the designer) than having the invitations professionally printed, but will still have a professional look. Creating your own invitations can be a great way to cut down expenses. Since you are not quite sure what style of invitation you want, I would suggest doing two things: first, take an afternoon with your fiance, and spend some time at a local stationer’s, just looking through the books of invitations. You will find, as you go through the books, that both of you will be able to pick out things you like about the invitations, as well as things you don’t. (For example, you may find that you both like very ornate scripts, or vellum overlay, but dislike green ink for the text.) You also may want to jump online, and join an online community where there are bulletin boards devoted to invitations exclusively. These communities foster a creative spirit, with many members providing photos of their creations, as well as instructions/templates so that others may create the same or similar pieces. Are You Willing To Change Your Mind Set?

By Melody Bass Have you ever experienced the habit of beating yourself up with guilt, worry, fear, even protecting yourself with fear, disapproving of yourself, feeling insecure, lacking control in your life, and having to figure everything out? Are you willing to change your mind set, to get off the treadmill of negative thinking? Are you ready to learn how to trust yourself and others, to experience approving of yourself, feel safe, secure, to be in control of your life and have all the peace and happiness you deserve? Above All Healing is an Energy Transformation Method, helping you to be spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally in tune with your lifestyle needs, and the overall quest of humanity. The key to securing the happiness that is truly yours is to discover how to discharge the negative feelings you’ve accumulated. By discharging these negative feelings, you will not only increase the happiness in your life, but everything else will get better too! Money, health, relationships, looks, you name it! The mind works just like a computer. It stores data, both positive and negative. Simply, you may require changing the way you are thinking, as this is the Law of Attraction. The simplest definition of this law is “like attracts like.” other definitions include: You get what you think about, whether wanted or unwanted. Whatever you are consciously or unconsciously focusing on in your life, you will attract more to you. Your inner world defines your outer physical experience. Your subconscious mind is filled with beliefs and values which unconsciously direct your experiences. It is your inner world. Your conscious mind is the only tool that you have to change the content of your subconscious mind. When we have awoken from the “dream like state”, our purpose is to take control of both your conscious and unconscious minds and to focus them both on what you would like to experience from life. To master the Universal Law of Attraction is the most powerful force in the universe. It is simple in concept, yet requires some practice. Once you get the key to unlock the door, it is open forever, there is no looking back! Simple Marketing Tips

By Patty Benton Marketing is one of the most important pieces of your business plan. Without marketing, people will not be able to find what your business is about and all your wonderful services. So how do you market? Whats the most important thing you can do to market? 1. Set clear marketing goals for yourself. 2. Follow up your marketing. If you send a letter via mail, dont stop with just one. Marketing experts advise you to send 6-9 pieces of advertisement before giving up on the recipient. 3. Decide who you want to market to. Are you a realtor who wants to market to homeowners, reminding them of your services? Are you a VA who works with realtors? What is your target market? Once you decide, focus your marketing efforts on your target market. Forget letting every Joe Brown know about your business. Focus on weeding out those who would best benefit from your services, and spend your marketing dollars on them. 4. If you have an advertising budget, research where you are spending your dollars. Who does that magazine or newsletter reach? Make sure it is your target market. 5. Track your advertising pieces. Give each marketing piece a special code your target market needs to use to redeem your offered special. This way you know where each potential client heard of you. If you advertise in a newsletter for 6 months, and never get one bite, then you probably dont want to renew. But if you got 10 new clients, its a safe bet that this is a great place to advertise. 6. Follow up. Follow up is a VERY important piece that many of us fall short on. You get a maybe or when I need your services, Ill call people. Those are warm leads. They have shown interest, so dont let them forget you. Set up a drip email campaign and send them information that they would find useful. This keeps you in their mind, without you becoming annoying. Another great thing, pick up the phone every so often and call them up. Show interest in their business, and they will remember you. These are just a few important things that every business owner needs to remember when creating a marketing plan. 2005 JERPAT You have permission to reprint this article electronically or in print, as long as the text and byline remain unedited. Lobsters: Enjoy the Feast

By Joy Cagil Several weeks ago, a seafood restaurant imported Australian lobster; the taste was delicious. I assumed, they had the lobsters frozen to be sent here, but then I found out they might not have. Since the lobsters taste better fresh, they are shipped in carefully refrigerated trucks, alive. That is why, inside a seafood store or restaurant, I try to avert my eyes as the lobsters climb on each other, overflowing the tank. I’m afraid to look a live lobster in the face out of guilt. On the other hand, it may be far more merciful to grant an escape to the animal rather than have it spend another night inside the tank. Within a few miles to where we live, in Jensen Beach-Florida, there’s a quality seafood restaurant with a seafood store near it, called New England Clam, Fish and Chowder. I enjoy the food there and they bring in their lobsters mostly from Maine or off the coasts of the Caribbean. Lobster cooked in any form is appetizing: lobster bisque, lobster rolls, lobster in a basket with drawn butter, spicy shrimp and lobster linguine, lobster cocktail, lobster chowder, baked stuffed lobster, crpes filled with lobster Newburg, lobster curry, lobster creole. Did I leave anything? Probably, but it doesn’t matter. A true lobster lover can boil the lobster and eat it with crackers. I like any seafood with lots of lemon juice and no butter. In most restaurants, however, they bring a tiny slice of lemon, lots of drawn butter, plus other sauces. There must be a painter hiding inside a lobster because it turns crimson when cooked. A live lobster is greenish-brown for it has many different color pigments. When the lobster is cooked, all the pigments are masked except for the background red pigment. A friend, who goes diving for lobsters off the coast of the Palm Beaches and sometimes the Florida Keys, taught me a few things. She says all lobsters caught in the east coast of USA are called Maine lobsters. They are also sold as two kinds, hard shell and soft shell. When a lobster outgrows its shell, it molts and discards or “sheds” the old shell; now, it has a soft shell and it’s called a “shedder.” As the lobster feeds, its shell hardens, and it adds meat to its body. Soft-shell lobsters have less meat than hard-shell lobsters, but their shells also weigh less. Since lobsters are bought according to their weight, hard-shells and soft-shells end up costing about the same. Hard-shell lobsters usually survive longer in the refrigerator than the ones that have soft shells. I couldn’t believe it when my friend said that “still living” lobsters could be stored in the refrigerator. Some people prefer soft-shell lobsters because they say the meat is a little sweeter and they don’t need any tools to crack them apart. Hard shell lobsters have firmer meat. The popular white meat of the lobster is inside the tail, claws, knuckles and parts of the body and legs. The greenish soft matter at the joint of the lobster’s body and tail is “tomalley”, which is the lobster’s liver with a very different taste. Some people consider this a delicacy; many won’t touch this part. The red material in the tail is the roe or the eggs. This too is a delicacy. To eat a lobster, some people put on the bib. Actually, eating a lobster is no messier than eating any other food, but wearing the bib has become the flair of lobster-eating. With or without the bib, a good restaurant will supply its diners with a tiny seafood fork, knife, pliers, nutcracker or hammer, and a pile of paper napkins. If it hasn’t, don’t hesitate to ask for them. After clearing some space on your plate for the lobster-eating ceremony, twist off and crack the claws. This is worth the effort because claw-meat is very tasty. Then, separate the tail from the body by arching the back until it cracks. Bend the tail flippers backwards and break them off. Then enjoy the meat in each flipper. Next, with the tiny fork, take the tail meat out, getting rid of the black vein that runs through the length of the tail meat. Afterwards, open the shell of the body from the underside. Push away the greenish liver substance. When you crack the underside of the body in the middle, you’ll see the meat in four sections or joints. To these joints, small legs are attached that contain meat, and they can be removed by biting down on the leg and squeezing the meat out. Fresh lobster can be stored in the refrigerator up to 24 hours. You can also refrigerate the cooked meat for two to three days or keep it in the freezer for several months. Seven B’s of Healthy Relationships

By Talayah Stovall There are certain principles that apply to all types of relationships, whether they are friendships, romances, business associations or family interactions. We all lose focus from time to time and can benefit from being reminded of the core tenets of relationship success. Being attuned to the Seven Bs, can help you make all of your relationships healthier, happier and more productive. Be Realistic Know what you want be honest with yourself about the types of relationships you want to have and the qualities and characteristics of the people you want to play major roles in your life. Know what is available be realistic in your expectations. There are no perfect people. Know where to find it where you look for people to interact with determines the qualities that you are likely to find in those people. Determine the types of people you are looking to attract into your life and frequent the places where those people are likely to appear. Be Authentic Know what you have to offer be what you seek. If you are looking to interact with people who have certain qualities, be sure that you have developed those qualities in yourself. Know what others are looking for people often make the comment, take me as I am. It is important to keep in mind that just as you seek certain qualities in those with whom you interact, others have their own standards of what they are seeking. If you develop qualities that are attractive to others, you will have no problem drawing quality people into your life. Know how to present your best self to have the best you must be your best. Be sure that the person others see reflects the best that you have to offer. Be Open Know how to share communication is vital to healthy relationships. Talk, listen and ask questions. Sharing information is the best way to bond. Know how much to share be generous in sharing yourself, but do not overwhelm others with too much information too soon. Be Tactful Know when to share handle your relationships with kid gloves, not a wooden mallet. Always be sensitive to how your words and actions will affect another person. Know what to share some things are better left unsaid. The truth should always be couched in kindness. Make sure that you have the facts correct. Be Flexible Know when to go with the flow even good relationships require compromise. Sometimes it is good to go along to get along. There does not have to be perfect agreement or conformity, but a healthy amount of compromise leaves everyone a winner. Know how to extend yourself sometimes it is necessary to go the extra mile for someone you care about. This might mean opening yourself up to their friends and family, doing a little something extra to make that person feel special or just being a supportive shoulder or listening ear when they need it. Know when to try something new interacting with others can take us out of our comfort zones. Trying something that the other person enjoys might open you up to new and exciting experiences and could be a wonderful opportunity for personal growth as well as the growth of the relationship. Be Accountable Know how to be true to your word always follow through on what you say you will do. If you find it impossible to keep a plan or promise, always let the other person know well in advance. This is the best way to build and maintain trust. Know how to ensure your integrity have an accountability partner, establish realistic deadlines and determine non-negotiable boundaries for the relationship. Be Patient Know when to wait often, we want to rush through the preliminaries to get to a desired conclusion. It is important to recognize when a potential relationship is worth the effort to take a step back and wait for things to develop at a pace that will be comfortable for both parties. Know how to wait waiting does not mean inactivity. Constantly work on self-improvement and stay engaged in worthwhile activities, while giving others the amount of space they need. Evaluate the feasibility of the relationship while you are waiting, you can again consider whether the relationship meets your needs. This takes you back to point #1 Be Realistic. Thus, we reveal a never-ending loop that keeps us evaluating and improving where we are in our relationships. The buzz is, by implementing these steps, you will build quality relationships. How to Say No to a NICE GUY?

By Michael Douglas The phone is on its fourth ring. It could be your mother, or your best friend. Or it could be him - the man who boxed you into conversation at that party on Friday night. Was he sweet? Certainly. Were you attracted to him? No. So explain this - after you suppressed another yawn, he said, “I’d love to see you again. Can I take your number?” Every bone in your body whimpered, “Me? You? No, no!” but you said, “Oh, er, Ok. My number is…” So here you sit, glaring at the phone, a prisoner of your own social life. For so many women, rebuffing that nice man with th sex appeal of a warthog is the social equivalent of sticking pins under your fingernails. Why agree to see a man you don’t like? “I don’t want to hurt his feelings,” a role statement. So is it cowardice or compassion that makes saying no so hard? That said, faced with rejection, many men prefer a neatly wrapped white lie to blunt reality. But isn’t that decepton? Who benefits when you tell a man you don’t find him attractive? You don’t want to say it and he certainly doesn’t want to hear it. So what do men want to hear, if not yes? “I have a boyfriend,” takes top marks in the lie department. “When a woman tells me she has a boyfriend I think, ‘Well, if she wasn’t attached she’d jump at the chance,’” says Louis, 26, a solicitor. But what if the man in question knows you’re single? Try, “I’m sorry, I’m just so incredibly busy.” However, don’t elaborate with something like, “I have to get home to watch the paint peel.” He may volley back with, “Well, that shouldn’t take long. Let’s meet for coffee later.” You could also make it your personal policy, never ever to give out your phone number. If a man asks, respond politely with, “I’m sorry, I just don’t give out my phone number.” If he persists, say, “Why don’t I take your number?” You’re saying you’ll take it. You’re not saying you’ll use it. Above all, the key to brushing off a man nicely is just that - to be nice. “I’m busy” can sound either sincere or agitated, depending on your tone and expression. Following tips will certainly help you: First, look relaxed, even if you’re stunned. Smile and make eye contact. Second, keep your voice calm and say something such as, “Thanks, I’m flattered, but I’m just too busy. “Don’t speak too quickly or you’ll look awkward. Third, respond with a downward inflection at the end of your sentence, while making eye contact. A dip in your voice when you say the word “busy” connotes authority and lets him know you mean it. Your smile, however, shows him you mean it in a no-hard-feelings way. Virtually all men agree no matter what you say and how you say it, the sooner you let him down, the better. Rest assured, when you turn him down, he’ll get over it. If he has the ego to ask you out, he has the ego to move on. Now, answer that phone! Why Weight Loss is Cool and Phentermine is Hot?

By Naore Rome Many girls today are in a damsel in distress mode, very much a modern prototype of the Victorian dames, worried about their figure. The physical and mental outlook of girls have evolved with the passage of time, but certain matters close to their heart remain unchanged. An hourglass shape then is a pencil thin figure now, with a record 83 % of female college students hooked to dieting practices. They try every tricks of the trade from skipping breakfast and smoking to vomiting and popping diet pills in the quest for a thin and hip look. Weight loss is no more a concern confined to the obese alone, as many girls use push and ram methodology to (mis)manage their weight without caring a hoot for the position of their body weight in the BMI scale. The state of affairs is not weight loss for a healthier end, but a prettier and thinner end. With the young female crowd fed on a daily diet of soap operas, they look up to the actresses for fashion and dieting inspirations. Though it is no mean feat to attain and replicate the figure and shape of the screen goddesses in real life, the girls are keener, the more surreal and bizarre, the ideal figure is. Anticipation for a dream form and outline drives the young bunch loco, as they resort to any and every available ways and means to get to a pedestal, where they would be the envy of everyone. Slim or stout, it doesnt matter, as its all about weight loss for the sake of weight loss. Their youthful tirade and diatribe is maddening to the point of utter insanity and profanity. They know no right and wrong, they visualize only the artists impression of a perfectionist. Fashion statement in colleges reflects the virtual medium, and it is happening to emulate what they see on screen. It makes weight loss a cool proposition among the female college students. It keeps them going. Determined they are, but successful they are not when it comes to weight loss in its totality and entirety. Only when their attempts at skipping breakfast for days and months at a stretch, chain smoking and vomiting go down the drain, futile and in vain, do they realize that weight loss is no childs play. The younger lot has no time and patience for healthy physical workouts. Tell them and they would tell you about the time and space constraints for such activities. They love to lose weight, but not the hard way, after all they are the children of a new world, where everything comes wrapped in a package. And yes the modern press-button culture sees to it that its children are not let down. In comes Phentermine, a weight loss diet pill to show them the way out without as much physicality as is generally required for weight loss. With its appetite suppressing characteristics, Phentermine drives away the hunger quotient in them, making their weight loss regime a lot easier and effectual than skipping meals or smoking. Phentermine is hot commodity in the campus (girls count on them more than their beaus). Weight loss may be a cool thing to do, and Phentermine may be a hot pill to pop, but always keep this at the back of your mind that weight loss is all about physical, mental and spiritual wholeness. When you use ways alien to your system for weight loss, you are simply supporting yourself on crutches instead of learning to walk independently.
